2012 Work Disability Prevention for Clinicians Course DescriptionAfter attending this workshop you will be able to deliver more practical value to patients, employers, and insurers. It will increase the accuracy and usefulness of the guidance you give others in the stay-at-work and return-to-work process – and your effectiveness at preventing needless work disability and helping people stay employed.

During the course you will identify an opportunity for improvement in your own work environment and explore the practical steps involved in making that change. You will leave with more wisdom as well as an action plan, as well as a notebook that includes a set of clinical tools including standardized questionnaires, forms, protocols, resource materials, and an annotated bibliography.
