Cancellation requests must be received in writing on or before October 31, 2021. A refund will be issued minus an administrative fee of $50. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after October 31, 2021. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing.  Notification by phone will not be accepted for cancellations or changes.
