In joint government agreements, the United States, Canada, and Mexico also monitor truckers crossing international borders. More than 70 percent of large <strong>private employers</strong> require drug and alcohol testing. In addition, the US Department of Transportation requires <strong>mandatory MRO training and certification</strong>, as well as <strong>12 hours of CME</strong> related to MRO practice <strong>every three years</strong>.
