Ginny Costello
Director, Engagement

Ginny Costello

Ginny comes to ACOEM with a plethora of association membership experience. Ginny leads ACOEM in member recruitment and retention and is the primary point of contact for the Council on Member Engagement.

Sandra Cruz
Coordinator, Member Experience

Sandra Cruz

Sandra’s primary focus is on providing outstanding customer service and support for inquiries related to membership and educational activities.  She works collaboratively with all departments to streamline and improve the member experience and ensure customer satisfaction. Sandra has over 20 years of association, account management, and customer support experience.

Janet Fyock
Senior Manager, Partnerships

Janet Fyock, IOM

Janet is responsible for ACOEM's industry outreach and partnership development. She builds relationships, secures sponsorships, and manages advertising and exhibit sales for the annual meeting, AOHC. Janet creates event and membership marketing plans and is responsible for email campaigns and other promotional activities. Janet is the staff liaison to the new career research platform OEM Explore and enjoys representing the College at external events. Janet holds a BA in International Relations and French from Michigan State University.

Nikki Hoffman
Associate Director, Education

Nikki Hoffman, DES

Nikki has over a decade of experience in continuing medical education. At ACOEM, Nikki will manage, direct, and champion the development and delivery of a variety of educational offerings for the members of ACOEM and the greater OEM community. Nikki is a PCMA-certified Digital Event Strategist and holds a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University. 

Nathalie Lacour
Coordinator, Education

Nathalie Lacour

Nathalie is part of the education team and possesses a wealth of knowledge about ACOEM programs and history. Her primary responsibilities include ACOEM's Joint Provider program, MOC Part 4, support of live courses, and ACCME PARS and ABPM MOC recordkeeping. 

Chad Lovegren
Senior Manager, CRM

Chad Lovegren

Chad is a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and holds a degree in Telecommunications. Chad oversees ACOEM's customer relationship management technology.

Isabel Montoya-Curtis
Senior Manager, Scientific Affairs

Isabel Montoya-Curtis, MPH

Isabel manages the Specialty Societies Advancing Adult Immunizations (SSAAI) grant funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and  the Counicil of Medical Specialty Societies (CMSS). The grant’s overarching goal is to ensure that all adults, especially high-risk adults with co-morbidities, receive up-to-date vaccinations. Isabel collaborates with ACOEM’s health system partners and employers to ensure seamless management, communications, and logistical execution of the project. Additionally, she manages the Guidance for the Medical Evaluation of Public Safety Employees which provides education and tools for occupational health professionals to serve their public safety patients. Isabel earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois - Chicago and her Master's in Public Health from Northern Illinois University. 

Julie Ording
Director, Scientific Affairs

Julie Ording, MPH

Julie oversees the College's scientific and guidance-related initiatives. She leads the Specialty Societies Advancing Adult Immunizations (SSAAI) grant funded by the CDC and CMSS to increase adult immunizations in occupational health settings. She is also the staff liaison for the Council on OEM Science and manages ACOEM's Practice Guidelines, Guidance for the Medical Evaluation of Public Safety Employees, and the International Occupational Medicine Society Collaborative (IOMSC). Julie has over 20 years of association experience and holds a MPH from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health.

Charlie Peckman
Coordinator, Marketing and Communications

Charlie Peckman

Charlie has a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Iowa as well as a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management. Charlie brings experience in social media communication, PR, and marketing and is responsible for ACOEM's social media presence. He is actively involved in public relations, external relations, and is the staff liaison for ACOEM's Ambassador Program. 

Erin Ransford
Director, Operations and Governance (Assistant Executive Director)

Erin Ransford

Erin oversees the governance and operations of the College, focusing on process improvements and innovation. She also produces OccPod, ACOEM's official podcast, and serves as the editor in chief of ACOEM Quarterly, ACOEM's member newsmagazine. Erin has nearly 20 years of medical association experience. She holds a BS in Public Health with a concentration in Health Administration as well as a Certificate of Business Foundations and a minor in psychology from Indiana University. 

Shahida Razvi
Manager, Education

Shahida Razvi

Shahida has over 20 years of association experience and has a degree in Management and Economics from the University of Toronto, Scarborough. Shahida supports the overall planning, implementation, and evaluation of ACOEM’s live and virtual meetings including AOHC.  
 

Craig Sondalle
Chief Executive Officer

Craig Sondalle

Craig Sondalle became ACOEM's CEO in November 2022. Craig has had a 25+ year career in association leadership, most recently as Executive Vice President of the Association Solutions division of MCI USA. He joined the engagement and experience agency after the acquisition of Sentergroup, a leading Chicago-based association management company he founded in 2000 and led as CEO through 19 years of corporate and client-focused success. Through Craig’s stewardship and approach to value-based leadership, Sentergroup provided innovative, tailored, and growth-orientated membership, marketing, education, event, and strategy solutions to a broad portfolio of association and non-profit organizations. Throughout his career, Craig has led and supported close to 50 associations, including a large and diverse roster within the health care arena.

Michelle Suarez
Director, Education and Experience

Michelle Suarez, CMP, DES

Michelle has strategic oversight of all the meeting planning elements of ACOEM’s events and experiences, with a special emphasis on AOHC. As a Digital Event Strategist (DES), she oversees strategic analysis, support, and recommendations on ACOEM's online, virtual, and hybrid events.

Adam Walaszek
Coordinator, Engagement

Adam Walaszek

Adam plays a key role in providing support to members of the College through processing membership data, as well as providing assistance to volunteer-led special interest sections, workgroups, and committees. He oversees ACOEM's Fellowship program.
