    AOHC pre-registration is now closed. Registration will re-open onsite at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza beginning 12noon on Saturday, April 28.

    Registration is required for all persons attending the Conference, work-site visits, or other educational or social activities. Government employees must include a purchase order with the registration form if payment is to be made by the government.

    Full Conference Registration 

    Best Value! Full Conference Registration admits you to general, concurrent and early bird sessions. Admission to the Wednesday membership meeting and breakfast is also free to full conference registrants, we only require you register for this event by Monday, April 30, 12noon to allow for meal arrangements to be made. Additional fees are required for optional events such as worksite visits, certain meal sessions, social events, and others as indicated on the conference registration form.

    One-day Conference Registration

    Pre-conference offerings run Friday-Saturday, April 27-28 / post-conference offerings run Thursday, May 3. Please note that pre and post-conference courses are not included in the regular conference registration fee.

    ACOEM accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover for payment of registration fees. When paying by credit card, all pertinent information (card number, name of cardholder, expiration date) must be included on the registration form.

    Conference Cancellations/Changes

    Cancellation requests must be received in writing by April 9, 2012. A credit memo will be issued for the full amount paid and may be used for any ACOEM event or activity for up to one year from the date of issue. If requesting a refund instead of a credit memo, an administrative fee of $50 will be assessed. No credit memo or refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after April 9, 2012.

    Requests to change from one event to another must be received in writing no later than April 9, 2012. Accommodations to these requests will be made on a space-available basis and will not be subject to an administrative fee. After April 9, 2012, all changes and requests will be handled on site.

    Pre and Post-conference Courses Cancellations/Changes

    Cancellation requests must be received in writing by April 9, 2012. A credit memo will be issued for the full amount paid less $95, which represents the cost of the syllabus if shipped. (The syllabus is not returnable and is yours to keep.) Credit memos may be used for any ACOEM event or activity and are valid for one year from the date of issue. If requesting a refund instead of a credit memo, an administrative fee of $50 (plus $95 for the syllabus, if applicable) will be assessed. No credit memo or refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after April 9, 2012.

    Pre-registration Deadline

    The deadline for pre-registration is March 30, 2012. Fees listed above are for advance registration. On-site registrations will be assessed an additional $100. Use the registration form in this program or register on line.
