Joint Sponsorship with Non-accredited Providers - Applications
Please review the appropriate joint sponsorship application form carefully to determine your interest in having your education activity jointly sponsored with ACOEM. If you decide to pursue joint sponsorship, please complete the appropriate application form and return it with the information indicated on page three of the application. Non-profit organizations applying to ACOEM for Joint Sponsorship must supply ACOEM with an IRS Letter of Determination.
The non-refundable Application Processing Fee for ACOEM joint sponsorship applicants is $195.00 ($125.00 for non-profit organizations). In addition, approved activities are assessed an Activity Fee based on the number of credits approved. Activity Fees are payable upon notification of approval. Fee schedules are listed in the application forms.
As you begin the process, remember that all aspects of the program, including content, outline, and potential faculty are subject to input from the ACOEM Committee on Joint Sponsorship. Until your activity is approved for joint sponsorship, please do not confirm any details.
ACOEM will deny applications for any activities promoted prior to ACOEM review and approval.
