Mr. Wanger has been involved in respiratory therapeutics, pulmonary function testing and pulmonary physiology for over 40 years. He was Manager and Technical Director of the Pulmonary Physiology Unit at National Jewish Medical and Research Center in Denver, CO. Mr. Wanger is a member of the American Thoracic Society (ATS), American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP), and American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC). He has been appointed to the ATS Committee on Proficiency Standards for Clinical Pulmonary Function Laboratories, and was a member of the ATS and European Respiratory Society (ERS) Task Force which developed the 2005 guidelines on pulmonary function testing.
