Special Interest Sections

ACOEM Special Interest Sections are "Communities of Practice" that provide meaningful networking opportunities for OEM professionals with shared interests. Tools for members and position papers of the College are often developed by the sections. Ongoing discussion via listservs, websites, and teleconferences provide section members the opportunity to remain up to date on issues relevant to their area of interest.

How to Join
To join a special interest section, please call 847-818-1800, ex. 300, or download the registration form and fax it to us.

Contacting Section Leaders
To access the section leaders’ contact information, please login to Members Only. Click the Leadership Directory link on the left side of the page. In the Category box, click “Sections” from the drop down menu. Then select your section in the Committee drop down menu and click “Search”. 

Contacting Section Members 
For a complete list of each section’s members, please login to Members Only. Click the Membership Directory on the left side of the page. Scroll down to the “Search by Category” heading and select your section in the drop down box. Click “Search” on the bottom of the page. This will produce a list that can be sorted by clicking on one of the headers. Please pay special attention to the disclaimer regarding the appropriate membership directory usage.
